Powermatic 14" VS Wood Lathe

Description

For maximum speed with minimum input, this lathe only requires a 115V, 1PH power source to deliver 230V, 3PH performance. Allows for 14" swing over the bed and 20" between centers which can be increased by using the optional 13" bed extension. More clearance is available for outboard turning by placing the sliding headstock and removeable tailstock at the end of the bed. Cast iron construction helps to reduce vibration when turning larger, rougher pieces. A magnetic control box shows digital indexing and spindle speed with 24 positive indexing positions. Adjusts from 34-46" so it's easy-to-use for students of all heights.
