Q - Do you accept American Express?
A - Yes, along with Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards.
Q - Do you accept C.O.D orders?
A - C.O.D. orders will not be accepted.
Q - May I use a school purchase order to place a website order?
A - We will accept school purchase orders on Open Account. Our terms are Net 30 days from your date of invoice, unless otherwise specified. We require a valid, school purchase order number and a verifiable school ship-to address.

Q - Can you ship Overnight or Second Day Air?
A - Yes we can, however, the end user is responsible for all freight charges if we do so. These changes will be added at checkout.

• A shipping, handling, and insurance charge of 10% of total merchandise value will be added to all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States subject to a minimum charge of $15.00. Due to fuel price volatility, a fuel surcharge of 2% of total merchandise value may be added to any order without prior notice. We offer free shipping on all orders over $1,500.
• Actual transportation charges are prepaid and added to the invoice of all orders that ship outside of the 48 contiguous United States. These transportation charges will be added to all orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Attention: Hazardous materials including ORM-D, as defined by federal regulations, will not be sent to Alaska or Hawaii.
• Orders will be shipped via UPS except as follows: model rocket engines and certain hazardous materials are sent by parcel post shipments. Furniture, machinery, and large quantities of supplies are shipped on common carrier truck lines (tailgate delivery).
• Inside delivery assistance is available upon request and will be invoiced at rates in effect at time of delivery.
• UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air service is available upon request. Actual charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice of all orders.
• Installation provided upon request. Ask us for firm quotations.
Claims and Returns
Q - May I return a product that I ordered incorrectly and do not need?
A - Yes, please contact Customer Service for instructions at (800) 831-5904. Returns may be subject to return freight and restocking charges. Click here to view our Claims and Returns Policy.
Q - Who do I call for freight damage?
A - You have 10 days to file a freight claim for loss or damage. Call Customer Service at (800) 831-5904 immediately if any of your shipment is damaged.

Bandsaw Blades Order Issues
Q - The number of boxes of bandsaw blades I received doesn't seem to match my order quantity.
A - Most sizes of our bandsaw blades are packaged 2 per box.
If you ordered an odd number of blades, you will have 1 box with only 1 blade in it.

School Orders
We accept school purchase orders on Open Account. Our terms are Net 30 days from your date of invoice, unless otherwise specified. We require a valid, school purchase order number and a verifiable school ship-to address.
- We also accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card.
- No C.O.D. orders will be accepted.
- Taxes will be applied to orders where we are required to collect sales tax.
Non-School Orders
Personal orders are welcome. Minimum order is $25.00 plus shipping charges. All personal orders must be prepaid by American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa.
- Not-exempt customers will pay sales tax where applicable.
- Due to special pricing available exclusively to school customers, some items may not be available to non-school customers at the prices listed. Every effort will be made to sell such item(s) at the lowest available price to our non-school customers. Each non-school customer will be notified in advance for approval of any price changes. At the time of notification, the order may be cancelled at the customer’s option without penalty.
- In states where we have an economic nexus, we will collect state sales tax in accordance with the state tax rates that we are shipping.
International Orders
Our website is not set up to accept orders whose billing and/or shipping address is outside the USA. Please contact customer service at (800) 831-5904 to place your order.
