Clearlight 4x lens technology provides high-definition optics for a clearer, brighter, and more realistic view. A brighter 2.5 light state allows users to keep the hood down, improving safety and productivity. The auto on/off, quick-release, one-piece cover lens simplifies lens changes, reducing downtime, plus HDV technology provides a sharp detailed view at any angle with minimal distortion. Integrated grind shield provides 44"² of viewing area, and heat shield protects the lens in high-amp applications. Half-shade settings for precise adjustments plus shade 5 side windows to enhance peripheral vision and amplify user's sense of their surroundings.
External grind control allows for seamless transitions from welding to grinding. InfoTrack 2.0 monitors arc time and arc count for quoting and metrics. X-mode electromagnetically senses the weld to eliminate sunlight interference and continuously detects the arc if sensors are blocked. Gen 4 headgear includes an oversized back pad and multiple head straps for a secure fit that eliminates overtightening. Lightweight and well-balanced design reduces neck torque, minimizing fatigue and neck strain.
