Description

Brushless motor technology and battery innovation are combined in the 36V LXT® Brushless 7-1/4” Circular Saw Kit. It's powered by two 18V LXT® Lithium-Ion batteries for maximum performance, and has an electronically-controlled BL™ Brushless motor that delivers a full 6,000 RPM for efficient cutting, with Automatic Speed Change™ technology that matches torque and RPM to the application. Even demanding projects like cutting sheet and dimensional lumber can be completed with this cordless saw. It also uses the same 18V batteries as other Makita 18V LXT® tools.

Added features include a large 2-5/8” cutting capacity at 90°, and an electric brake for maximum productivity. The saw has a die-cast magnesium base and blade guard with cover, which combines durability with less weight (only 10.5 lbs. with batteries). Engineered for improved dust and water resistance for operation in harsh conditions, a built-in dust blower cleans the line-of-cut. Rubberized soft grip handle for comfort. 3-stage LED gauges indicate battery charge levels. Flat motor housing design for stability when changing the blade. Dual LED lights illuminate the work area.
