Heavy-duty cutters tackle concrete reinforcing rods (rebar), medium tensile and soft bolts, rods, rivets, bars and chains. High-carbon, alloy tool steel jaws. Maximum hardness of material to be cut is Rockwell C-40. Steel angled handles with rubber hand grips for maximum leverage.
