Aluminum construction with a lightened chassis, this durable and solid design features a recessed handle, integrated receptacle area, no vibration, and DGP's signature blue powdercoat. Universal collet arm grinds for 6 electrode sizes from .040" - 3/16" with no equipment changes. Precision tip flat gauge and depth adjustment stop ensure optimal consistency and near-perfect repeatability. Longitudinal 20 RA grinding for maximum arc starting, arc stability, electrode life, and weld penetration. Sliding dust shield and containment baffle keep 100% of excess tungsten electrode dust inside grinder housing.
