Description

This heavy-duty, low-production manual cold saw has a head that rotates 45° left and right for mitering and comes with a standard HSS blade. The dependable oversized hardened and ground steel spindle shaft has an additional ball bearing support to prevent failure. Bronze gear assembly has a tapered roller bearing support. The mechanical coolant pump is reliable and has flow control adjustment. The vise is is adjusted by the handwheel and activated by a cam lever, which is ideal for repeat clamping in a classroom. Unit also has 24V at controls, eStop, low voltage protection and thermal overload protection.
