Wood Welded® Butcher Block Work Bench Tops are ideal for the demands of classrooms, chemistry labs and industrial arts education facilities. Heavy-duty, hard-wearing and favored for their ability to be easily resurfaced for a lifetime of use, these tops are built of laminated edge-grain northern hard rock maple. Tops feature dowel guide pins and internal steel rods with decorative bolt covers for a seamless center joint and added strength. 3/8" radius edge for comfort.
Factory-finished with Durakryl 102®, this tough non-toxic coating repels alcohol, bleach, paint thinner and most other solvents. Unlike stainless or other solid surfaces, wood offers a warm, comfortable surface for classwork. These are the tops no learning institution should go without.
