This battery tester works with all common types of batteries and is simple to use. Rotate the selection switch to the battery's voltage then connect the clip leads to the battery. A good battery will activate the green LED light, while a bad battery will activate the red light. The 5 calibration trim pots enable you to set the tester for your 5 most frequently used types of batteries.
